Ingredients
- 1 tub blackeyed peas -
- To Your Taste Salt
- 1 Red onion diced OR
- 2 cloves garlic - minced
- To Your Taste Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin (optional)
- 5 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/3 cup Lemon Juice
Directions
Place the peas in a saucepan and cover with water. Boil the peas until tender, about one hour. Drain and dry the peas. Mix all remaining ingredients together in a bowl. Serve.
