Ingredients
- 1 medium Jicama prepared into thin matchsticks
- 2 whole Organic Apples do not peel cut into matchsticks
- 1 cup Sea Bean (Salicornia) trimmed to similar size as jicama and apples
Dressing
- 4 tablespoons Olive Oil Light
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Blue Cheese crumbled
- To Your Taste Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Directions
Gently toss jicama, apples and Sea Bean together. Mix and whisk dressing ingredients and drizzle over salad.
