Ingredients
- 3 pounds Organic Spinach cleaned thoroughly and chopped
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 small Organic Yellow Onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon Chopped Garlic
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese
- Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Directions
Sauté the garlic and onion in a small amount of olive oil until golden. Add the spinach and mix thoroughly. Add the cream, Parmesan cheese, and salt & pepper to taste. Continue cooking on a low flame until mixture is thickened.
