Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Peanut Oil or Broth
  • 1 bunch Choy Sum washed & cut into 2-inch julienne strips
  • 1 1/2 cups Organic Broccoli flowerets

Directions

In a wok or frying pan, heat oil or broth. Add Melissa’s Choy Sum and broccoli florets, stirring constantly until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Serve as a side dish or over rice.
