Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Peanut Oil or broth
- 1 1/2 cup Organic Broccoli Florets
- 1 bunch Chinese Leeks washed and cut into 2-inch julienne strips
Directions
In a wok or frying pan, heat oil or broth. Add Melissa’s Chinese leeks and broccoli florets, stirring constantly until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Serve as a side dish or over rice.
