Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Peanut Oil or Broth
- 1 bunch Chinese Celery washed and cut into 2 inches julienne stips
- 1 1/2 cups Organic Broccoli florets
Directions
In a wok or frying pan, heat oil or broth. Add Melissa’s Chinese Celery and broccoli florets, stirring constantly until tender. Season with salt and pepper. Serve as a side dish or over rice.
