Ingredients
- 1 loaf French Bread sliced in half lengthwise (11 ounces)
- 4 cloves Peeled Garlic minced
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter melted
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 3 tablespoons Italian Parsley minced
Directions
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Mix together the garlic, butter, cheese and parsley. Spread the mixture generously over the bread halves.
Place in the oven and cook until toasted. Cut into 8 pieces and serve.
