Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Sour Cream
- 2 tablespoons Cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sugar (plus 2 teaspoons)
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 teaspoon Celery Seed
- 1/4 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 4 cups Organic Cabbage shredded
- 1 medium Asian Pears (Apple Pear) chopped
- 1/4 cup Organic Bell Pepper (Red) chopped
- 2 tablespoons Shallots finely chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon Salt
Directions
Combine first seven ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour sour cream mixture over cabbage ingredients. Toss to mix. Cover and refrigerate before serving.
