Ingredients
- 20 Baby Artichokes quartered
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 clove Organic Garlic minced
- 1/2 cup White Wine
- 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Organic Lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon Organic Parsley minced
Directions
Prepare artichokes as described under cooking tips. Heat large sauté pan and add oil. When oil is slightly smoking, add garlic and stir for 1 minute, do not brown.
Add artichokes and cook, stirring constantly until they begin to brown. Add wine and lemon juice. Cover and simmer until tender about 5 minutes. Remove artichokes to a serving bowl and reduce remaining liquid by half.
Add butter, cook until melted and pour over artichokes. Garnish with lemon zest and parsley.
