Ingredients
- 6 each Baby Summer Squash (use Organic Zucchini, Baby Sunbursts, Baby Patty Pans blanched, and Zucchini halved, others quartered)
- 2 Roma Tomatoes blanched, peeled and diced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Canola Oil
- 1 teaspoon Peeled Garlic minced
Directions
In a hot saute pan, add oil and garlic, saute for 30 seconds.
Add vegetables and cook for 3 more minutes, season and serve.
