Ingredients
- 3 poundsĀ Baby Red Potatoes
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1/2 cup Milk
- Salt and Pepper
Directions
In a large pot, bring water to boil (enough to cover potatoes). Add baby red potatoes. Cook until fork - tender, about 15 minutes.
Drain and rinse. In a large bowl, mash potatoes (skin on!) with a potato masher. Add butter and 1/2 cup milk. Stir well.
Add additional milk to get desired creaminess. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
