Ingredients
- 2 pounds Baby Dutch Yellow® Potatoes (DYP's)
- 1/4 cup Organic Green Onions chopped
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1 teaspoon Organic Grinders Garden Herb with Sea Salt
- 1 teaspoon Salt for boiling water
Directions
In a medium sized sauce pot cover DYP's with lightly salted water. Boil until fork tender.
Smash potatoes to desired consistency. Stir in chopped green onions and sour cream. Season to taste.
