It was a delightful explosion of flavor. Crispy and juicy, sweet and hot. It is fantastic. I was blown away by how perfect all the flavors blend together.

This is such a light, refreshing salad, and low cal, too! I like to make this ahead of time to serve at buffets. The sweet/heat combination is addictive, and the crunchy pears keep it fresh tasting.
