Ingredients
- 1 1/2 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 3 bunches Melissa’s Watercress coarse stems discarded, rinsed well and spun dry
- 2 whole Red Bell Pepper cut into julienne strips
- 1/2 pound Melissa’s Daikon radish peeled and cut into julienne strips
Directions
In a large bowl whisk together the vinegar and salt and pepper to taste, add the oil in a stream, whisking, and whisk the dressing until it is emulsified. Add the watercress, the bell peppers, and the daikon and toss the salad well.
