Ingredients
- 1 each watermelon - cut in 1 inch cubes
- 1 each Yellow Watermelon cut in 1 inch cubes
- 1 each watermelon - (orange watermelon) cut in 1 inch cubes
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 3 tablespoons Sugar
- Melissa's Raspberry Dessert Sauce for Garnishing
Directions
In a glass for individual service or bowl for group service, layer the pink, yellow and orange watermelon.
In the bowl of a mixer fitted with a whip attachment, whip the cream and sugar until soft peaks are formed.
Place a dollop of whipped cream on the watermelon, then garnish with the dessert sauce.
