Summer Fruit and Hazelnut Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupĀ Hazelnuts roasted and chopped
  • 1/2 pound Jicama peeled rinsed and cut into matchsticks pieces
  • 1/4 cup Orange Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Poppy Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 cups Mini Watermelon cubed
  • 2 cups Organic Cantaloupe cubed
  • 1 cup Seedless Grapes halved
  • 1 cupĀ Organic Strawberries rinsed hulled and chunked
  • 1 large Kiwi peeled and sliced

Directions

In a large bowl, mix the jicama with orange and lemon juices, poppy seeds and sugar. Add the rest of the fruit and toss. Top with the hazelnuts and serve.
