Ingredients
- 1/2 cupĀ Hazelnuts roasted and chopped
- 1/2 pound Jicama peeled rinsed and cut into matchsticks pieces
- 1/4 cup Orange Juice
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Poppy Seeds
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 cups Mini Watermelon cubed
- 2 cups Organic Cantaloupe cubed
- 1 cup Seedless Grapes halved
- 1 cupĀ Organic Strawberries rinsed hulled and chunked
- 1 large Kiwi peeled and sliced
Directions
In a large bowl, mix the jicama with orange and lemon juices, poppy seeds and sugar. Add the rest of the fruit and toss. Top with the hazelnuts and serve.
