Ingredients
- 1 head Yu Choy Sum washed
- 1 tablespoon Mustard dried (1 tbs water)
- 1 tablespoon ginger root - grated fresh
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1 To Your Taste salt - pinch
- 1 pinch Sugar
Directions
Prepare Melissa’s Yu Choy Sum by tearing leaves into shreds and coarsely dicing stalks and any flowers. Steam or boil for 2 or 3 minutes. Drain well. Mix together all other ingredients. Toss with Melissa’s Yu Choy Sum. Serve alone or over hot noodles
