Ingredients

  • 4 cups Savoy Cabbage shredded
  • 1 cup Roasted Cashews coarsely chopped
  • 1/3 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Organic Parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Organic Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt or to taste

Directions

In a large bowl, toss together the first 4 ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
