Ingredients
- 4 cups Savoy Cabbage shredded
- 1 cup Roasted Cashews coarsely chopped
- 1/3 cup Red Onion thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup Organic Parsley chopped
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Organic Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt or to taste
Directions
In a large bowl, toss together the first 4 ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients and toss to combine.
