Ingredients
Dressing
- 3 tablespoons Raspberry Vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 5 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- pinch Pepper
Salad
- 5 cups Arugula leaves torn
- 4 Flavorosa Plumcots sliced
- 1/4 cup Pine Nuts toasted
- 2 Saturn Peaches ripe and sliced
Directions
Toast pine nuts for 5 - 8 minutes in 350 degrees F. oven or toaster oven.
Combine dressing ingredients; mix together well. Arrange salad ingredients in bowl. Combine dressing with salad. Sprinkle with pine nuts.
