Ingredients
- 2 Romaine Hearts chopped (6 cups)
- 1 bulb Fennel trimmed and tops removed
- 1 6 ounce container Organic Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1/4 Red Onion julienned
- 1/2 bunch Italian Parsley chopped
- My Grinders use Coarse Sea Salt to taste
- My Grinders use Rainbow Peppercorns to taste
- 1/4 cup Good Life Food Organic Salad Dressings use Olive Oil Balsamic Vinegar Dressing to taste
- Shredded Parmesan Cheese to taste
Directions
Place romaine in a large bowl. Quarter the fennel and remove the core. Thinly slice the fennel crosswise and add to the bowl. Next add the tomatoes, onion and parsley. Add the remaining ingredients and serve.
Note:
If you are not going to serve this salad right away, do not add the dressing until just before serving.
