Ingredients

  • 2 6 ounce package Organic Spinach washed and dried
  • 1 14 ounce Hearts of Palm drained and sliced into bite size pieces
  • 1 pint Strawberries stemmed and sliced
  • 1 cup Slivered Almonds lightly toasted
  • 4 tablespoons Good Life Food Organic Salad Dressings (use Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar Dressing)
  • 1/2 teaspoon each Salt and Pepper

Directions

In a bowl combine the first 4 ingredients. At time of service, add the dressing and toss. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.

Note:

If you like onion, add a little red sweet onion to the salad.
