Ingredients
- 2 cups Orange sections
- 8 whole Boiler Onions peeled and sliced
- 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil light
- 2 tablespoons Italian Parsley chopped
- 3 cups Salad assorted greens
- Organic Grinders Garden Herb w/Sea Salt to taste
- Organic Grinders Rainbow Peppercorn, to taste
Directions
In a medium-size bowl, combine orange sections and onions. Set aside. In a small bowl, combine vinegar, olive oil and parsley. Pour over fruit and onions, mixing well. Cover and chill 3 hours, stirring occassionally. Place salad greens on individual salad plates, arranging oranges and onions evenly over greens. Drizzle with remaining oil mixture if desired.
