Ingredients

  • 1 each Hot House Cucumbers peeled and chopped
  • 1/4 jar Fire Roasted Chiles drained and chopped
  • 1 each Avocado chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Get a large mixing bowl. Clean and chop the first four ingredients. Then add cider vinegar, honey, and salt and pepper. Mix well and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
