Ingredients

  • 1 pound Kohlrabi blanched
  • 3 cloves Elephant Garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar or Raspberry Vinegar

Directions

In a medium size bowl, toss together the Kohirabi, Elephant Garlic and Vinegar. Serve at room temperature.
