Ingredients
- 1 pound Kohlrabi blanched
- 3 cloves Elephant Garlic finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar or Raspberry Vinegar
Directions
In a medium size bowl, toss together the Kohirabi, Elephant Garlic and Vinegar. Serve at room temperature.
