Ingredients
- 2 poundsĀ Organic Tomatoes sliced
- 1 pound Mozzarella Cheese sliced
- 1/4 cupĀ Basil washed and dried
- My Grinders Coarse Sea Salt to your taste
- My Grinders Rainbow Peppercorns to your taste
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil to your taste
Directions
On a large platter arrange tomato and mozzarella slices and basil leaves, alternating and overlapping them. Drizzle with oil. Season salad with salt and pepper.
Note:
This is a perfect summertime dish for cooks in a hurry. It is light and refreshing.
