Ingredients
- 2 cups Asian Pears (about 1 - 2 pears) unpeeled cored and julienned
- 1 cup Daikon (about 4 ounces) peeled and julienned
- 1/2 cup Organic Carrots shredded
- 3 ounces Rice Wine Vinegar (1½ tablespoon)
- 1/4 teaspoon Organic Grinders, Chile Seasoning
- 1/8 teaspoon White Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Honey
Directions
In a medium sized bowl, add vinegar, chile flakes, white pepper, and honey. Stir until honey is dissolved.
Add Asian pear, daikon, and carrot. Blend well and set aside for flavors to marry, at least 30 minutes.
Serve at room temperature for best flavor. Can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight.
Note:
This is a spicy sunomono with pear, daikon, and carrot.
