Directions

Place wrap on flat surface. Spread hummous equally on both wraps. Layer each wrap with romaine, carrots, and cucumbers. roll as tight as possible, folding bottom up like a burritos. Cut in half and serve with favorite side dish or condiment.

Note:

You can customize your wrap using your favorite vegetables, too.

    This is such an easy meal, especially for my hungry kids who always want to eat. We always have cut up veggies in our fridge for snacking, but didn't think about making a wrap with them! We used whole wheat wrappers and added red bell peppers. It was kinda chunky, so next time we'll cut the veggies thinner.
