Ingredients
- 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
- 2 cups Swiss Cheese shredded
- 6 ounces Black Olives chopped
- 6 ounces Pine Nuts chopped
- 2 Onions chopped
- 8 cloves Peeled Garlic
- 2 tablespoons Dried Oregano
- 2 tablespoons Ground Cumin
- 1 8 ounce can Whole Corn Kernels drained
- 4 Anaheim Chile or Pasilla Chiles chopped
- 2 teaspoons Olive Oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, spread on prepared masa dough and husks, fold and steam for 1 hour.
