Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 2 cups Swiss Cheese shredded
  • 6 ounces Black Olives chopped
  • 6 ounces Pine Nuts chopped
  • 2 Onions chopped
  • 8 cloves Peeled Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Dried Oregano
  • 2 tablespoons Ground Cumin
  • 1 8 ounce can Whole Corn Kernels drained
  • Anaheim Chile or Pasilla Chiles chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Olive Oil

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, spread on prepared masa dough and husks, fold and steam for 1 hour.
