Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 2 cups Turkey cooked and chopped
- 2 Organic Green Onions diced
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Chile Sauce (like Tabasco Sauce)
- 3/4 cup Soy Shreds divided
- 6 Flour Tortillas
- Organic Garlic *Roasted
Directions
In 2-quart saucepan, whisk together milk and flour until well blended. Over medium heat, cook until mixture thickens and boils. Remove from heat; stir in turkey, green onions, chile sauce and 1/4 cup soy shreds.
Grease 12 x 8-inch baking dish. Spoon about 1/4 cupful mixture down center of flour tortilla. Roll up and place seam side down in baking dish. Repeat with remaining tortillas and mixture. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake 20 minutes or until mixture is hot and bubbly. Top with Melissa’s salsa. Serve with tortilla chips.
