Ingredients
- 4 large Tortillas
- 8 leaves Organic Leaf Lettuce
- 1 can Tuna in Spring Water
- 2 Organic Carrots shredded
- 1 large Organic Tomato
- 1 large Organic Bell Pepper (use Green Bell Pepper) seeded and sliced thin
- 4 strips Turkey Bacon cooked and crumbled
Directions
Brush the tortillas with the dressing. Make sure to cover the entire surface all the way to the edges. Place 2 lettuce leaves across the bottom edge. In a small bowl, mix the tuna with some of the wrap dressing and place on top of lettuce leaves. Now place one-fourth of each of the remaining ingredients on top of the lettuce. Season with salt and pepper. Roll it up as tight as possible, cut in half and place on a serving plate. Repeat for remaining tortillas.
Note:
Sometimes I substitute the tuna with fresh, cooked shrimp.
