Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 12 1/3 ounces Organic Tofu drained and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons Ginger Root grated
- 1 clove Organic Garlic minced
- 1/2 cup Leeks sliced
- 1/2 cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 cups Organic Broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup Organic Bell Pepper (use Red Bell Pepper) sliced
- 1/2 cup Organic Bell Pepper (use Green Bell Pepper) sliced
- 1/2 cup Sno Peas sliced
- 1 cup Mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup Mandarin Orange Segments
Directions
Heat 2 Tbsp. sesame oil, add tofu and sauté until browned.
Add ginger, garlic and leeks, sauté briefly, remove and toss with teriyaki sauce, set aside. In the same pan, heat remaining 2 Tbsp. sesame oil and sauté broccoli and peppers for 3 minutes, add sno peas and mushrooms, stir-fry until heated through. Remove from heat, and add orange segments. Serve hot.
