Ingredients
- 2 Tortillas use Chipotle Tortilla Wraps
- 8 Chicken tenderloin pieces
- 1/2 cup Soy Shreds use Cheddar flavor
- 1/2 cup Black Beans cooked, drained, and rinsed
- 1/2 cup Napa Cabbage sliced thinly
- 4 tablespoons of your favorite Caesar salad dressing
- 2 tablespoons Black Olives sliced
- 1 tablespoon Pickled Jalapenos chopped
- 1 Organic Green Onions
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Turn range-top grill to high and preheat 5 minutes. Season chicken tenderloin pieces with salt and pepper, reduce grill heat to medium and grill 3 to 5 minutes per side, until cooked throughout. Combine Caesar dressing with Napa and chopped jalapenos in a bowl and set aside. Spread the tortilla with half the dressing; place half the chicken tenderloin pieces along one 9-inch side of the tortilla. Sprinkle with half the cheese, black beans, black olives and chopped green onion. Roll like a burrito, beginning with the end that is layered with the ingredients folding in the corners. Slice each wrap into four pieces and serve.
