Ingredients
- 4 large Tortillas
- 8 leaves Organic Romaine Lettuce
- 1 pound Lean Roast Beef sliced thin
- 1/4 cup Pepperocini Peppers sliced
- 1 Organic Bell Pepper use Red Bell Pepper seeded and sliced thin
- 2 cloves Peeled Garlic minced
- 1 can Black Olives sliced
- 1 Alfalfa Sprouts (4 ounce package)
- 1 large Organic Tomato seeded and sliced thin
- 8 slices Low Fat Swiss Cheese
- Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
Directions
Brush the tortillas with the wrap dressing. Make sure to cover the entire surface all the way to the edges.
Place 2 lettuce leaves across the bottom edge. Now place one-fourth of each of the next 8 ingredients on top of the lettuce.
Season with salt and pepper. Roll it up as tight as possible, cut in half and place on a serving plate. Repeat for remaining tortillas.
