Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Oil
- 2 pounds Beef cut into cubes
- Water
- 1 largeĀ Lo Bok Peeled & Cubed
- 1 Star Anise 1-2
- Soy Sauce to taste
Directions
Heat oil in a large pot, add beef and brown well on all sides. Add lo bok, star anise and about 1 inch of water. Cover and simmer gently until meat is tender. Adjust seasoning using salt or soy sauce to taste and serve.
