Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • 2 pounds Beef cut into cubes
  • Water
  • 1 largeĀ Lo Bok Peeled & Cubed
  • 1 Star Anise 1-2
  • Soy Sauce to taste

Directions

Heat oil in a large pot, add beef and brown well on all sides. Add lo bok, star anise and about 1 inch of water. Cover and simmer gently until meat is tender. Adjust seasoning using salt or soy sauce to taste and serve.
