Grilled Chicken Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 jar 28 oz pasta sauce 
  • 4 Chicken Breast grilled and sliced
  • 1/2 pound Lasagna Noodles cooked
  • 8 oz Soy Shreds, Mozzarella flavor
  • 2 cups Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 3/4 cup Basil chopped
  • Organic Grinder, Rainbow Peppercorn and Italian Seasoning, to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 375.

Spoon some sauce onto the bottom of an ovenproof casserole, layer with pasta sheets. Sprinkle with mozzarella, sliced chicken, ricotta and parmesan. Season with a little salt and pepper.

Repeat layers with remaining ingredients, finishing with cheeses and basil.

Bake about 35 minutes or until hot. Let stand before cutting.

To make this a complete meal, add a baby side salad brimming with fresh, baby-sized tomatoes, beets, cucumbers, and dried blueberries and toasted nuts.  Toss with an olive oil vinaigrette!
