Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Onion sliced
  • Organic Bell Pepper (use Red Bell Pepper) seeded and sliced into strips
  • 1 Organic Bell Pepper (use Green Bell Pepper) seeded and sliced into strips
  • 1 Organic Bell Pepper (use Yellow Bell Pepper) seeded and sliced into strips
  • 1 clove Organic Garlic crushed
  • 8 ounces Chicken Breast grilled and cut into strips
  • 4 whole Flour Tortillas warmed

Chipotle Aioli

  • 1 cup mayonaisse
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle in adobo sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
  • 3 teaspoons Melissa's Peeled Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Directions

    Place all ingredients for aioli in blender. Blend until smooth.  Place in bowl. Cover. Put into refrigerator until ready to assemble wrap.

    In a sauté pan, heat oil and cook onion and bell pepper until translucent, add garlic and sauté briefly. Add chicken to pan, heat thoroughly and place in bowl. 

    Spread chipotle aioli evenly on warm tortillas. Place chicken mixture on tortilla. Roll up and serve.

    *If you have extra aioli, you can use as dip for chips and fresh veggies.
