Ingredients
- 1 package Noodles
- 2 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 2 teaspoon Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
- 2 tablespoons Ginger Root minced
- 2 heads Bok Choy (use Baby Bok Choy) cut lengthwise into 8 segments
- 2 Organic Green Onions cut into 2 inch long strips
Directions
Cook the noodles in a large pot of boiling water according to the package directions.
Prepare the seasonings; stir the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame seed oil together in a small bowl.
Add the bok choy, and ginger stir-fry until tender, about 2 minutes. Add the noodles, green onions, and seasonings and toss gently until heated through.
