Fresh Noodles with Bok Choy

Ingredients

  • 1 package Noodles
  • 2 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Ginger Root minced
  • 2 heads Bok Choy (use Baby Bok Choy) cut lengthwise into 8 segments
  • Organic Green Onions cut into 2 inch long strips

Directions

Cook the noodles in a large pot of boiling water according to the package directions.

Prepare the seasonings; stir the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame seed oil together in a small bowl.

Add the bok choy, and ginger stir-fry until tender, about 2 minutes. Add the noodles, green onions, and seasonings and toss gently until heated through.
