Ingredients
- 3 cups Veggi Chicken Strips
- 2 cups Organic Romaine Lettuce chopped
- 2 cups Napa Cabbage shredded
- 1/2 cup Fire Roasted Sweet Red Bell Peppers drained and diced
- 1/4 cup Organic Carrots shredded
- 2 Organic Green Onions cut in half lengthwise 1 inch pieces
- 1/2 package Won Ton Wrappers cut into strips and fried
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds toasted
- 1/3 cup Roasted Soy Nuts (use Salted Flavor)
- Ginger Sesame Dressing (use your favorite brand)
Directions
In a mixing bowl toss together all ingredients except the wonton strips and soy nuts. Divide the salad onto 2 plates or salad bowls. Arrange wonton strips, and soy nuts evenly over the top of salad.
