Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Soy Shreds (use Cheddar Flavor)
- 1/4 cup Fire Roasted Salsa (use Mild Salsa)
- 1 Flour Tortillas (9 inches)
- Salad Oil
Directions
Pre-heat a non-stick skillet on a medium heat. Lightly oil cooking surface. Place tortilla down on the skillet. Let it heat through about 15 seconds. Flip the tortilla over, and distribute cheese evenly over the tortilla, leaving a ½ inch margin around the edges. Distribute the salsa evenly over the bottom half of the tortilla. When cheese has just about melted, flip one half of the tortilla over on top of the other. Allow cheese to continue melting for about 1 minute. Slice into wedges and serve warm.
