Ingredients

  • 1 pound Firm White Fish
  • 1 small Onion
  • 1 clove Peeled Garlic
  • 1 small Chile (Serrano Jalapeno etc...)
  • 4 sprigs Cilantro
  • 8 Organic Lime juice freshly squeezed (enough for at least 3/4 cup of juice)
  • Salt and Fresh Ground Black Pepper to taste

Directions

Cut fish into ½ inch cubes. Mince the onion, garlic, and chile pepper coarsely. Finely chop the cilantro. Juice the limes and strain to remove the pulp. Shrimp can be substituted for the fish. Mix all of the ingredients and refrigerate, tightly covered, for at least 3 hours. Serve with corn tortillas, tortilla chips, or crackers.
