Ingredients
- 1/2 pound Shiitake Mushrooms washed and sliced
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 3 cloves Organic Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger Root grated
- 1 head Bok Choy or 3 bunches Baby Bok Choy chopped into 1'' pieces
- 1/4 cup Organic Bell Pepper (red) chopped
- 1 bunch Organic Green Onions chopped (green and white parts)
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil (dark)
- 2 tablespoons Sweet Sherry
- 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
- Salt and Pepper
- 10 ounces Melissa's Yakisoba Noodles, Original flavor, cooked according to package instructions
- 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds
Directions
In a large skillet, sauté the mushrooms in the oil for 3-5 minutes. Add the garlic, ginger, bok choy, red bell pepper, green onions, sesame oil, sherry, soy sauce, salt and pepper. Stir-fry until the bok choy and peppers are tender, about 5-8 minutes. Add the noodles and toss. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top and serve.
