Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Salmon Fillets
  • Organic Grinders Garden Herb with Sea Salt
  • 4 sprigs Dill
  • 1/2 stick Butter (1/4 cup)
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil or vegetable oil

Directions

Coat baking dish with olive oil to prevent fish from sticking. Place salmon in large baking dish, skin side down, and divide butter into 4 cubes; one cube for each piece. Top with a sprig of dill. Season to taste with Garden and Herb Grinder. Place in 350°F oven and bake for 10 minutes per inch of the thickness. Serve hot.
