Ingredients
- 4 3 inch Plain Bagels halved
- 8 ounces Cream Cheese softened
- 2 tablespoons Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup Kalamata Olives pitted and chopped
- 1/4 cup Maui Onions minced
- 3 ounces Italian Sun Dried Tomatoes drained and chopped
Directions
In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese and the next 4 ingredients until well blended. Spread evenly over the bagel halves and enjoy.
Note:
If you want to heat it up a bit, add some minced fresh Serrano Chile to the spread.
