Ingredients
- 4 each Tortillas
- 2 cups Spinach , packed, washed and spun dry
- 2 cups Tomato diced
- 8 ounce packages cream cheese softened
- 1 each Organic Avocado sliced
- 1/4 cup Sprouts
- 12 pieces Bacon crispy
Directions
Spread the cream cheese on the tortillas. Arrange spinach leaves in center of the tortillas. Top with the crumbled bacon, tomatoes, avocado and sprouts. Roll the tortilla like a burrito folding in the corners. Slice and serve.
Great for lunch or a light dinner.
