Asian-Style Broiled Seasoned Fish

Ingredients

  • 1 pound White Fish Fillet (Suggestion: Grouper)
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Seed Oil
  • 1 tablespoon White Onion minced
  • 2 teaspoons Peeled Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Root grated
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds toasted
  • 1 pinch White Pepper

Directions

Make diagonal crisscross cuts on the top of the fish fillet. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 30 minutes. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl to make the sauce.

Preheat the oven to 300º F. Place fish on a baking pan; pour mixture over the fish and bake for 15 minutes. Increase the heat to 500 º F until golden brown. Remove from oven and place fish on a serving plate. Pour remaining pan juices over the fish and serve.

    I made this recipes 3 weeks ago, and I still think about it! So good! Of course, I add more Chile sauce than the recipe suggest. It is so good!
