Ingredients
- 1 package Gelatin flavored
- 1 each Tamarillos - cooked (per parfait)
- 1 package Vanilla Pudding
- 1 scoop Ice Cream per parfait
- Peanuts chopped, as desired
Directions
Prepare flavored gelatin according to package directions. Cool and pour a small amount into each glass. Place in refrigerator to set. Add cooked, sliced tamarillos (without liquid). Cover with about 4 Tbsp. of pudding and more tamarillos. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Top with ice cream and nuts.
* To cook tamarillos, simply peel with a vegetable peeler, slice and add to boiling water until soft.
