Ingredients
- 1 pound Organic Strawberries hulled and halved
- 1 pound Rhubarb washed, peeled, greens discarded
- 1 1/2 cups Granulated Sugar
- 2 Vanilla Beans split in half lenthwise
- Vanilla Ice Cream
Directions
Chop rhubarb into 2 inch pieces. Place all ingredients in large saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly until the sugar melts. Bring to boil, then lower the heat to a simmer for about 20 minutes. Serve hot or warm over vanilla ice cream.
