Ingredients
Unsalted Butter, as needed -- softenedBrown Sugar, as needed
5 each Melissa's Saturn Peaches -- cored; sliced thick
26 Fresh Cherries -- pitted
1 box French Vanilla Super Moist Cake Mix
Directions
Coat the sides and bottom of two 8-inch round cake pans with the butter. Dust the sides and bottom with the brown sugar. Place the peach slices, cut side down, in the bottom of the cake pans in a single layer. Place a cherry in each peach hole and in between each peach slice. Prepare the cake batter according to the package instructions. Pour half of the batter into each cake pan and bake according to the instructions. When the cakes are done, run a knife around the edge of the cakes and carefully invert them onto a plate. Let them cool before removing the cake pans.

This is a great summer dessert.
