Ingredients
- 2 cups Blueberries
- 1 cup Bing Cherries pitted
- 2 cups Organic Strawberries sliced
- 2 cups Blackberries
- 1 cup Grapes (use Red Seedless Grapes)
- 1 1/4 cup Heavy Cream chilled
- 2 1/2 teaspoons Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Sour Cream
Directions
Gently toss all of the fruit in a serving bowl. In a separate bowl beat the cream, sugar and sour cream until mixture thickens and holds stiff peaks. Top fruit with cream and serve.
If you wish to store any leftovers, refrigerate cut fruit separate from cream.
