Organic Lemon-Strawberry Won Tons

Heat oil to 350ºF.

In a bowl, mix together the first 4 ingredients. In a small bowl, slightly beat the egg with a splash of water. Place equal parts of the strawberry mixture in the center of each of the pot sticker wrappers. Brush the edges with the egg, fold in half and press to seal the edge. Carefully place in the hot oil and fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

To serve, place the won tons on a platter and drizzle with the chocolate sauce.

Notes:

I like to dust mine with powdered sugar.

Nutritional info allows 1½ teaspoons oil absorbed, per wonton and 1 teaspoon chocolate per won ton.
